Our room was on the 17th floor, it featured a corner balcony. Sunshine reached the balcony for most of the day. The room included tea, coffee, and water. I found the all inclusive package offered lovely food and was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel charged a fee for the safe's use .

The location was ideal. It was close enough to lively areas but not directly on the main strip. i found the room size to be good and the bed/pillows very comfy. i was happy with the breakfast options available each morning.
i did notice that the air conditioning had been switched off, a minor issue, because some guests felt cold, yet the weather was warm and my room felt stifling.

the staff proved extremely friendly and helpful with all our requests. the daily cleaning service kept the room clean; the housekeeping team did a fantastic job during our stay. the staff addressed any concerns we had efficiently.

the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was large and provided excellent comfort. the balcony overlooked the pools, a nice touch. the bathroom included a good shower.

breakfast offered varied choices. the food was excellent with good quality. i did not experience lunch or dinner service but i found the morning breakfast had ample choice. the breakfast service was very attentive.

the gym included modern equipment for workouts. the pool area had plenty of loungers available; the pool area was very clean. the location was close to shops and restaurants; it was very convenient. aldi and lidl were nearby.

i found the pool area lovely it was a great spot to relax. the breakfast selection had many options it all tasted fresh. i received a warm welcome from staff at reception during check-in.
